Playing folk music that echoes the earliest recordings from the 1920s\, as sort of revival of the folk revival of the 1960s\, they bring together the best of American roots into contemporary craft. \nViolinist/fiddler\, Kera-Lynne Newman will be performing in a duo with multi-instrumentalist\, Jan Peters on Irish bouzouki and harmonicas. They will be performing a mix of Celtic and American fiddle tunes emphasizing the modal\, the driving\, and the sublime. \nJan Peters – Jan is the founder and a longtime contributor to the Honey Moon’s weekly Irish Folk Music feature. He regularly performs around town with his group\, Gallowglass. \nViolinist/fiddler\, Kera-Lynne Newman will be performing in a duo with multi-instrumentalist\, Jan Peters on Irish bouzouki and harmonicas.
