We’re very excited this July to be hosting an intimate\, all-ages gathering featuring some of Washington’s most talented singer-songwriters at the Alternative Library! This is going to be one of our most special events yet\, and we hope to see all of you there! \nKarl Blau – The legendary alternative dub narcotic wizard returns to the PNW to entrance us with his magical sonic spells. \nCalvin Johnson – Founder of renowned Olympia\, WA independent music label K Records\, Calvin offers an intimate journey through his dense catalog of emotive songs. \nKristin Allen-Zito\nOur hometown hero joins us to open up the night and welcomes Karl and Calvin in proper Subdued City fashion. \nKZAX is a program of Make.Shift\, a nonprofit music and arts organization in Bellingham\, WA.
