SUMMARY:Classroom: Chemical Weapons Medical Training
DESCRIPTION:Medical support is at the heart of any movement\, and chemical weapon countermeasures are vital for medical support. Join some comrades for a practical course on the latest in street medic technology! Taught by Joshua. \nThe General Defense Committee (GDC) is a committee of and supports the revolutionary unionism of the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW). The GDC’s goal is to defend and support the entire working class\, divided and under attack by those who wage class war against us. We therefore promote\, through organization\, action\, and outreach\, a mass\, non-sectarian defense of the class\, in order to build a self-organized working class that treats differences as strengths and opportunities to live in solidarity.

DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Trans Lives! Eat food\, build community\, hear great music! \nLeft at London – Although Left At London mostly is known for her pop writing sensibility\, she is mostly known for her deeply personal and introspective lyricism. Despite some of the songs subject matters being very specific to her life as a trans woman with autism\, borderline personality disorder\, ADHD\, and PTSD\, her songwriting style takes these concepts and makes them into something that’s uniquely abstract while still remaining relatable and honest. http://leftatlondon.com/ \nBeautiful Freaks – ranging in style from punk to progressive\, to funk\, to thrash\, and everything in between. https://beautifulfreaksfreeaaky.bandcamp.com/ \nPorch Cat – Through uptempo punk songs\, sludgy ballads\, and dreamy pop hooks\, Porch Cat writes about queer identity\, pain and chronic illness\, surviving abuse and assault\, colonization and racism – ultimately returning to themes of love and empowerment. https://porchcat.bandcamp.com/music \nRosie Flowers – Seattle\, WA \nCommunity Potluck @ 6:30pm\nMusic @ 7:30pm\, poetry/spoken word throughout. \nLook for us at Red Square from 12-5pm too.\nEmail raine.dozier@wwu.edu with questions
