We are a cooperative lending library and community arts center located in Bellingham, WA, on occupied Coast Salish (Lummi) territory. Our member-curated collection includes more than 9000 books, specializing in independent media, art books, and alternative cultures.
We are not currently holding open hours as we seek a new location to continue our work, and our Board of Directors is meeting regularly to reimagine what the AltLib will be in 2026.
