Garbage Fest Northwest: Bellingham

Garbage Fest is coming to the Pacific Northwest, popping up in spontaneous temporary occupations in five cities!
EVERYTHING / NOTHING
What is Garbage Fest you ask? The answers are within you. There will be noises, sounds, puppets, parades, carnival games, sports, drag and trashion shows, consumption and production of garbage literature, crazed prophets ranting their strange garbage opinions, monuments erected and razed, workshops on breaking and building everything and nothing from it all!
