Bio: Sarah Hirsch has been practicing yoga for over a decade, and teaching for two years. She earned her 200 hour teacher certification in Rishikesh, India, in 2015. Her classes emphasize the connection between body, mind, and spirit, helping to cultivate a deeper relationship with the Universe as a whole. She strives to use inclusive language and modifications in order to create a safe space where practitioners can relax and release into their practice.
Description: Beginner/Intermediate Hatha Flow Yoga
This class brings together the slower, more meditative approach of Hatha Yoga with the dynamic, breath-centered focus of Vinyasa. Poses will be held for several breaths in order to sink deeply into the posture while utilizing active transitions to build heat and movement within the practice. Perfect for beginners, as well as those with established practices! Classes are donation based.
