Often not thought of as a comic artist, Briggs’ books are usually sold as children’s stories, but in this case that couldn’t be much farther from the truth. Briggs is a master and I have yet to find one of his books which I haven’t absolutely loved. This one details the story of an elderly couple preparing for nuclear fallout.
