Trouble Screening

June 3, 2018 @ 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We will be hosting a monthly showing of the Sub.Media documentary series, “Trouble”, which features news and analysis from ongoing social movements and struggles. sub.Media’s Trouble is a documentary series offering an in-depth anarchist analysis of current struggles, tactics and movement dynamics. Trouble broadcasts first-hand accounts and perspectives from organizers on the ground, with the aim of cutting through the fog of misinformation that often clouds our understanding of the world, and provoking people into taking bold, collective action.

This month we are showing the episodes:
Trouble #1: Killing the Black Snake
Trouble #12: There Goes the Neighborhood, which looks at gentrification as a process of capitalist urban development through looking at ongoing gentrification in three major cities throughout the world.

Come out for the screening and stick around afterwards for the hangs~
