This is perhaps the most useful book on foraging wild edibles that I have read to date;It is a very practical guide for people who actually want to eat wild plants (It is not just another field guide for armchair foragers). Explains everything that many books don’t-when to harvest which parts of what plants, how to prepare propagate, store them/recipes, etc.
