This is a fairly civilized reference to etiquette. Many etiquette books are simply glorified satires… Not this one. The 1978 edition is the real thing, ladies and gentlemen. Many have vouched for it trumping the 2000 edition.
One cannot put a price on a well aired gentle-person.
