Sarah Hirsch has been practicing Yoga for over a decade, and leading classes for three years. She earned her 200hr teaching certification in Rishikesh, India, in 2015. Her classes emphasize the connection between body, mind, and spirit, helping to cultivate a deeper relationship to the Universe as a whole.
Walk-in alternative healing clinic. All by donation (N.O.T.A.F.L.O.F.). Space open to alternative healers to practice their arts. Currently hosting Tuck Tyrell (GroundEd Holistics, biomagnetic acupressure and kinesiology), Cody Harder (BioSonic Healing, BioMat infrared sauna and tuning fork therapy), and Yin (Thai bodywork/massage, scraping, cupping).
Every Wednesday we host film screenings and typically default to cult classics and new experimental films. Screenings typically start at 8:00pm – Seating is limited, so bringing a pillow is recommended.
This will be an ongoing event, each first Thursday of the month, to create better accountability processes within the space, and to create more accountability among the community.
